Bonding Powder is a powder adhesive used to permanently adhere fabrics together, to stop fraying, to position patchwork, quilting or applique before you sew, to bond paper and card together or as an invisible fabric repair medium. It can be used with Angelina Fibres to bind layers together, as a foil adhesive, withstands washing and is drycleanable. Comes with shaker.
