WHAT can be returned?
Products may be returned if they are unsuitable for the purpose of purchase or damaged. Products are returnable as long as they are unopen, unused and in original packaging. Some exceptions may apply. Please ring if you have any queries.

HOW do customers return items?
Please ring prior to returning an item. Generally returns are at the customers expense unless otherwise agreed to by Kraftkolour P/L
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping rates are NOT refundable unless agreed to by Kraftkolour P/L. Customer will need to pay for shipping of the return. Items returned need to be packed securely. Wrap items in protective packaging. Any damaged goods received will NOT be refunded.
CREDIT for returns?
Customers are generally credited for returns by the same payment process of the originl purchase.
Instore return option?
By arrangement return can be delivered by the customer or their agent to our location. Factory 2, 99 Heyington Ave THOMASTOWN Vic 3074.
Items need to be in orginal packaging and to be returned to us safely and undamaged.
