Timber Stretcher Bars

Rigid and strong for their size, using these timber stretcher bars are an economical and flexible way to assemble a stretching frame for silk painting or fabric painting in multiple sizes. Sold as pairs of each size, select which most suits your scarf/fabric sizes plus some timber wedges to stabilise the frame. Use 3 point pins to secure and stretch your fabric. They push easily into the timber  and are reusable.  You can also use these as a mounting frame for finished pieces. using a staple tacker [23/6 tacks] Made to lock neatly into any square or rectangular format, Fredrix Standard Stretcher Strips feature tongue-and-groove design, each stretcher strip measures 1 5/8" x 11/16" with a full 1/8" tapered lip for maximum clearance. *** Price per pair.
